Canteen Corporation has acquired the operating assets of Columbia, SC based Travlyn Vending. Travlyn Vending was founded and owned by Travis and Jennifer Jackson. Mr. Jackson will be pursuing other business opportunities in South Carolina.
Canteen Southeast will be merging the Travlyn business into their existing branch in Columbia SC. The Southeast division is headed by Steve Luccia, regional president.
The transaction was facilitated by Mike Kelner of Vending Biz Broker/VBB Advisors. The transaction is the 14th completed this year.
