Texas Based Accent Food Services has acquired High Sierra Vending and Coffee in an asset purchase transaction. The High Sierra acquisition continues Accent's consolidation of the rapidly growing Reno/Tahoe market. Jeff Johnson, the president of High Sierra will remain with Accent Foods in a senior management role. This is the fifth acquisition this year for Accent as part of their continued growth strategy.
High Sierra Vending and Coffee is a leading provider of vending, office coffee, and micro-markets in the greater Reno, NV region. High Sierra has aggressively and successfully pursued significant micro market business over the past several years.
Accent Food Service has now acquired three businesses in the Reno market in the past few months with plans to consolidate operations. Accent is based in San Antonio, TX and is led by Josh Rosenberg, president and CEO.
