San Antonio based Accent Foods has acquired the vending assets of Tip Top Vending. Tip Top was started in 1964 by industry pioneer Doug Minter and grew to become the largest vending and amusement business in Northern Nevada.
The Accent acquisition continues their consolidation of the greater Reno/Tahoe market and is their fifth acquisition in the market.
The transaction was facilitated by Mike Kelner of Vending Biz Broker/VBB Advisors.
